Getting to Arrowhead Gardens from anywhere in the Puget Sound region is easy. We're located on the southeast edge of West Seattle, a little more than halfway south between downtown Seattle and the SeaTac airport. Physically located just south of the intersection of Olson Place SW and Myers Way S, Arrowhead Gardens is readily accessible to and from the freeways – Highway 509 and Highway 99 to the north towards downtown Seattle or Highway 509 to the south towards the airport.

Just 10 minutes from downtown Seattle or SeaTac Airport, 15 minutes from Southcenter and 10 minutes from California Street Junction, 7 minutes from Morgan Junction and 5 minutes from Westwood Village in West Seattle.

When you arrive at Arrowhead Gardens, look for the “Welcome Home” banner which indicates the location of the leasing office and Village Center. Park your vehicle in one of the parking stalls clustered around The Village Center marked “Tour Parking Only”.

Important Note: If you're using a GPS device or an online mapping tool, use 9200 Olson Place SW for the address, which was the street name previous to 2nd Avenue SW.

From East of Seattle

1. Take I-90 West
2. Take Exit 2B for I-5/4th Ave S toward Tacoma/Portland
3. Keep left, follow signs for I-5S and merge onto I-5S
4. Exit 162 for Corson Ave toward Michigan St
5. Merge onto Corson Ave S
6. Turn right and continue on S Michigan St
7. Take WA-509 S/WA-99 S/1st Ave S Bridge
8. Take exit toward Myers Way/White Center
9. Merge onto 1st Avenue S
10. Take slight right at the stoplights onto Olson Place SW
11. As soon as you cross through the stop light, use the center turn lane and, turn left into Arrowhead Gardens

From South of Seattle

1. If coming from far South, take I-5 and then cut over to WA-509 via Hwy 518 toward SeaTac
2. Turn right onto WA-509 N and proceed north
3. Take Cloverdale St exit toward S Park
4. Turn left at S Cloverdale St
5. Slight left to stay on S Cloverdale St
6. Continue straight onto 1st Ave S
7. Slight right at the stoplights onto Olson Pl SW
8. As soon as you cross through the stop light, use the center turn lane and, turn left into Arrowhead Gardens

From North of Seattle

1. If coming from far north, take I-5 and then cut over to Hwy 99 via N 85th Street
2. Take a left onto Hwy 99 S and continue south
3. Merge onto WA-509/WA-99 via the ramp to W Marginal Way/S Park/Burien
4. Continue to follow WA-509 S
5. Take exit toward Myers Way/White Center
6. Merge onto 1st Ave S
7. Slight right at the stoplights onto Olson Pl SW
8. As soon as you cross through the stop light, use the center turn lane and, turn left into Arrowhead Gardens

From West Seattle

1. Starting from Admiral Way & California Street
2. Drive North on California Street
3. Turn right on SW Oregon Street
4. Turn right onto 42nd Avenue SW
5. Turn left onto SW Alaska St
6. Turn right onto 35th Avenue SW
7. Turn Left onto SW Roxbury Street
8. Turn slight left onto Olson Place SW
9. Turn right onto 2nd Avenue SW and take first left into Arrowhead Gardens
